1. Digital Downloads (Ready-Made Plans & Info Packs)
All downloadable products are delivered instantly after purchase. Once a file has been downloaded, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
This is in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, which exempt digital content once downloading begins.

2. Custom Business Plans
Custom plans are covered by our Satisfaction Guarantee:
- Contact us within 14 days if you’re not satisfied.
- We offer up to 3 free revisions based on your original responses.
- If we can’t reach a suitable outcome, you’ll receive a full refund.
