Our Guarantee

If you believe your completed Custom Business Plan does not properly reflect the requirements agreed in your original brief, contact us within 14 days of receiving your plan.

We will review your concerns and provide up to three revision rounds at no additional charge to bring the plan into line with the original agreed requirements.

A revision round means a set of requested amendments submitted together for us to review and complete.

What Your Free Revisions Can Cover

Your included revisions can be used to address reasonable changes relating to the business plan you originally commissioned, including:

  • Information from your original brief that has not been reflected correctly
  • Sections that need clarification or improvement
  • Reasonable wording or presentation changes
  • Corrections to research, figures or calculations where required
  • Other reasonable amendments needed to bring the plan into line with the agreed brief

Our aim is to work with you to resolve genuine concerns and ensure that the completed plan reflects what was originally agreed.

If We Cannot Put It Right

If, after the included revision process, StratoWrite is unable to bring your Custom Business Plan into line with the requirements of the original agreed brief, we will provide a full refund of the amount you paid for the Custom Business Plan.

This gives you the reassurance of knowing that we stand behind the Custom Business Plan service we provide.

Changes to Your Original Business Idea

Your Satisfaction Guarantee and included revisions apply to the business plan originally commissioned.

They do not cover creating a substantially different plan because your requirements change after the original brief has been agreed.

Examples may include changing:

  • The main business idea
  • The principal products or services
  • The business model
  • The principal target market
  • The main operating location where this substantially changes the plan
  • The original budget or financial assumptions in a way that requires the plan to be substantially rebuilt

If your plans change and you would like us to carry out substantial additional work, we can review your new requirements and provide a separate quote before any additional work begins.

What the Guarantee Does Not Cover

The Satisfaction Guarantee does not provide a refund solely because:

  • You later decide not to start the business
  • You change your mind about the original business idea
  • You substantially change the agreed brief after the plan has been created
  • You do not obtain funding, finance or investment
  • A lender, investor, grant provider or other third party makes an unfavourable decision
  • Your business does not achieve a particular level of sales, profit or growth
  • Market conditions or circumstances change after the plan has been prepared
  • You request work that was not included in the original agreed scope

These conditions relate to the additional StratoWrite Satisfaction Guarantee and do not affect any statutory consumer rights that apply to you.

How to Use the Satisfaction Guarantee

If you have a concern with your completed Custom Business Plan, contact us within 14 days of receiving it.

Tell us clearly which parts of the plan you would like us to review and the changes you believe are needed in relation to your original agreed brief.
